Sources say Microsoft is set to unveil the official name of Longhorn on Friday. And the word on the street is that name will be "Windows Vista." Microsoft has

WindowsVista.US domain name. And This will be announced officially friday morning 6:00 AM pacific time

REDMOND, Wash., July 22, 2005 — Today Microsoft Corp. announced the official name of its next-generation Windows® client operating system, formerly code-named “Longhorn.”
